Every stoner is different, but they can all agree on one thing: Weed is expensive. You want to make sure that your high is lasting as long as possible to get the most bang for your buck. If you’re hitting a roadblock in terms of getting high, try one of these simple tips.
Switch it Up
Nothing beats the simple ritual of breaking up the bud and adding it to your pipe or bong, but sometimes changing the way you consume marijuana can help you feel high in a different way. Instead of smoking the herb, have you tried cannabis vape oil? Snacking on a THC-infused batch of cookies? You might find that another format is a nice change.
Mangoes! There is a popular belief among the smoking community that eating a mango about an hour before blazing one up can intensify your high. Science is proving them correct: The cannabinoids mixed with the myrcene terpenes in the mangoes join forces and help you enjoy your high for longer.
If you’re not feeling it like you used to, take a good look at your smoking device. Is it starting to look gunky and taste like pennies? If so, give it a good cleaning. Mix salt and rubbing alcohol and gently shake the glass in a plastic bag to release the built-up grime. Rinse and clean with Dawn and warm water.
Marijuana should be enjoyable. If you’re not enjoying it like you used to, try making changes and see what helps you find what you’re missing.
